Missing Dll Files help

by Ladales068 / April 1, 2014 10:19 AM PDT

I have this showing up on a clients computer. Every time tech uses malwarebytes to check for survey corrupted files for those clients who dont update or check there computers monthly, yearly, and extra.... the dlls become deleted and start showing pop ups. Tech has even tried to manually install them and use dll programs to try to resolve this issue. Any help would be very very appreciated....

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Roxio\avisynth.dll

missing dll cannot be found...

Clients version was Roxio V9, Tech tried to update/install Roxio V 10.

But pop up still continues to show up on clients laptop.

I will have my tech look into this. Main reason is this is one of my most faithful of clients. Thank you for your advice. I would hate to have the tech call the client and report of a system reformat. although the tech I have on this job did remember to back up all data.

Thanks once again Bob will message you back personalty if something else comes up or does not execute properly

while in an older version of Roxio. I've upgraded and don't have that issue anymore. You may want to contact Roxio support.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
