(Missing/Corrupted File) C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\VMM32.VXD

I have windows ME - when I reboot my computer I get the following message : Missing and or corrupted file C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\VMM32.VXD. Please type (e.g. C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\VMM32.VXD)

Black screen >C:

I recently moved so I can not locate my start-up disk...etc... Is there anywhere I can dl this file and manually load it to the computer from a jump drive/floppy?

Your help is grealty appreciated

However, the lesson that many learn is that without the OS CD, they don't run that OS much longer.
