You can order free replacement discs for your system here:
https://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/dellcare/en/backupcd_form
You may want to run the Dell diagnostics on your hard drive to rule out any problems.
When I try to turn on my computer I get the message: Windows could not start because the following is missing or corrupt: \WINDOWS\SYSTEM\vgaoem.fon It tells me that I need to install the original CDROM to repair which I dont have.
