Missing CNET TechTracker Plus

Hi
I purchased TechTracker Plus a few minutes ago but somehow lost my way in downloading and installing this product.It seems that I am just downloading and installing the free version and not the Plus version.
Could you please provide a link to the new version so that I don't have to pay a second time in order to get to the proper installation package.

How to enable TechTracker Plus

Hello Greg,

TechTracker Plus is not actually a separate download, but the result of combining your paid license with the TechTracker software.

Try the following to get TechTracker Plus up and running:

1. Log out and then back into www.cnet.com/techtracker

2. Run a scan with CNET TechTracker by single-clicking on the TechTracker icon in your Windows launch bar, and selecting "Scan now"

3. When the scan completes, a yellow bubble will pop up. Click on this bubble, or - if you missed it - single-click on the TechTracker icon again and select "Go to my CNET TechTracker page"

4. Re-fresh your CNET TechTracker page

You should now see the "CNET TechTracker Plus+" logo on your results page, as well as the other Plus features which come with your account.
