Missing about 160 gb of my harddrive .

by benjiwells24 / November 27, 2009 3:47 AM PST

So yea ive been trying to figure this out but cant come to any conclusion. When I right click my (C:) it sais I have 799gb used and 114gb free diskspace. However when I go into my c: and highlight all the folders and click properties it calculated my total usage to 641gb. So there is an additional 160gb in there somewhere. Anyone encounter this problem ?

The difference of billion bytes versus gigabytes?

That alone can shrink the difference as well as the other usuals noted in this forum's sticky.

The Samsung RF23M8090SG

One of the best French door fridges we've tested

A good-looking fridge with useful features like an auto-filling water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It was a near-flawless performer in our cooling tests.
