Missing 16-Bit system module

While installing a new all in one Epson printer on my Win XP os, I encountered the above error message which followed with: Please reinstall the following module to your system32 directory: MOUSE.DRV
I assumed this is a mouse driver, but the only thing I had done was uninstall the old printer and scanner before installing the new one. I did a system restore back to before the uninstall and still got the same message. How can I reinstall this mouse.drv ? thanks

You can try System File Checker which should replace any corrupt system files:
