The office was trying to get them all.

There's always that one staggler :-)

I know this extended upgrade period is specific for "people who use assistive technologies," However I do wonder if this is a strategy by Microsoft is to get those procrastinator or the ones that missed the deadline a last ditch effort to get the free upgrade.
