Misc. Problems After Reinstalling MSN-8 & Explorer

I recently had to reinstall Windows ME, MSN-8, and Internet Explorer 6.0 (as well as my Office 2000 software). Now I've got several problems when I get online:

1) When I sign in through Explorer, only SOME of my Favorites are there (looks like an old list). But when I tried to import them, I got the following error message: "Cannot find C:\My Documents\bookmark.htm." Could my old favorites still be on my PC, but in a different location? When I signed into MSN-8, none of my Favorites were there, so I used the import feature. More off my Favorites showed up, but it definitely was not a recent list.

2) I downloaded the MSN Toolbar, and it shows up in Internet Explorer but NOT in MSN-8. MSN-8 is not showing the View-Toolbars option as it does in Explorer.

3) When I try to add a new member account in MSN-8, the option under Settings that you're supposed to select is not listed (Member Accounts & Billing), so I can't add any of my other Hotmail accounts.

Sorry this is long, but it's frustrating, and trying to get Help on Microsoft's website is very frustrating. Thanks for any help you can provide (and if you can recommend some other user groups I could try, please do so!).
