Miracle computer?

Feb 1, 2015 3:48AM PST

So this is my motherboard . I have spilt soda on it 3 years ago, a lot of it. But it still works to this day (the psu isnt on because I just used it to test my cousins computer). I was trying to remove the memory sticks and the handles wouldnt even move LOL! Is there an explanation as to how my computer has even lived for 4-5 years?

power was off

If the power was off, you cleaned it and let it dry before turning back on then that is why your mb survived. Most damage is caused because the power is on when there is a spill and something shorts out.
