MiniDV camcorder

Dec 14, 2005 11:14AM PST

I want to buy a miniDV camcorder that costs less than $500 or so. I'm willing to use it especially indoors, but also outdoors. I was looking for a Samsung SC-D453, but I read on here that the image when it's shooted indoors is very poor. So I don't know. What else should I consider to buy? Thanks.

I just bought a jvc GR-DF450. It costs roughly $400 USD. It received very high ratings at consumer reports website. It is very good.
