I've never seen that blog before, but it looks like it's been up for a long time. I wonder who runs it? I'm not sure it's a MS employee, but it's possible.

I agree with one of the commentors on the blog. They said that this is the RIGHT decision at the moment because they will be working with this code for a long, long time.

I agree, Vista should have been out sooner. But, I also think that the code should be more stable when it rolls out and it really does appear that they are trying to do so.

TECHNICALLY, Microsoft DID release a new operating system since XP first shipped. Its called XP SP2. I know its just a service pack, but think back to Windows 98 SE. Essentially, it was a service pack they charged for.
