Which camcorder are you using?

If it has USB, try that. If it does not, then finalize the disc (if necessary) and pop that into your DVD drive and import.

How ?

It's all at the owner's/user's manual. If you do not have it, find it on line ....If you are not able to, please provide the beand/model number so that we may be able to help you.

(There is nothing strange with USB, and to finalize is to "close "the disc so that no more recordings can be made to it and also to make it playabale on a home DVD player. Both are part and parcel of using a DVD camcorder.)

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
