Mike Tyson in trouble with the law -- now THERE'S news

Of course none of these recent incidents would have occurred if he was still in prison for that rape.

Sad

Agree with Evie, Mary Kay ....

.... my initial thought on this "news item" was the same thing - namely, "Surprise! Surprise!" <sarcasm> This is a person that needs to be locked up for life. He is a danger to others. I, myself, find him repulsive.

Not, by any means, negative thoughts on the person (you) that posted this - only on Tyson.

Don't'cha just wish, sometimes, that defense attorneys could just boycott these kinds of people? I mean, really, just have them all stand up and say, "No way will I try to defend such scum as this!! I, myself, would elect to have him/her locked up for life!"

I know, I know - our legal system allows everyone, even the Mike Tyson's of the world, to have their day in court. And I appreciate the balance that this allows for those accused of wrong-doing. I just have a problem with this kind of criminal that ends up getting a mere slap on the hand over and over and over (ad nauseum) because he/she has the $$$$ to pay for attorneys to find some crappy little thing to keep them from having to pay fully for their crimes. I throw Michael Jackson into this group, also. Nasty folks!! Sad

Thanks Evie, I wasn't criticizing MK
by Josh K / December 9, 2004 12:33 AM PST

It was an observation about the ongoing anti-social behavior of Mr. Tyson.

MK, sorry if you misunderstood.

Thanks, MK. Apology accepted and no harm done. I guess I can see how my post might have been misinterpreted.
