Help. I would like to migrate e-mails and contacts drom Outlook to Gmail. Is there an app for that?

I'm going with no. But why not look into syncing the data?

I see folk talk of syncing outlook contacts and mail to gmail but there are downsides to putting it solely on Gmail. For example, if you lost/forget the password are you prepared? That is, you have a backup plan?
