Clarification Request
Some of these

Were only factory resetable by the factory or their centers. For example, can you share the manual and what it tells you about this recovery?

Can you read spanish or portuguese?

Seems to be something sold mostly in Brazil, manufactured in Japan. Runs Android. Maybe he can just install an Android OS to it.

Just a little, the rest I use Google Translate.

The OP didn't reveal the OS but Android means we can check out XDA Developers and even better that Resurrection OS.

The thing is, it's pretty tough to kill the install of Android. I wonder if the OP hasn't told the full story or the tablet is just dead and they are WISHING an OS install will revive it. I've lost count of that wish.

It hangs on Android robot screen
by JosiasBueno / December 21, 2017 4:50 PM PST

When I try to connect the device, the Android robot even appears, but hangs.
Initially my intention is to restore the system itself.

That's a good sign.
by R. Proffitt Forum moderator / December 21, 2017 4:53 PM PST

Now be SURE that there is no SIM or memory card in the device and it's under power. If this reset fails, it's usually a dead tablet and NOTHING will fix it. At least no ROM install.

There's no SIM or SD installed

I can even see the same model.

A tablet from 2011 that never showed up on the usual forums.

You have something that well, should be sent to recycling. Or your enemies.

It seems to be an interesting way out. lol
I'll make one more attempt before sending the customer to throw it away.

Brazilian manufacturing?
by JosiasBueno / December 21, 2017 5:17 PM PST
In reply to: I found a video on it.

I was surprised to see that this product is manufactured in Brazil and not Japan. It is also impressive that they do not even have a support channel.
But you've helped me a lot with this video.

I'm brazilian

Yes, I'm brazilian and can read portuguese, but there's not support website and I can't load devide user buttons combination to try a recovery.

That didn't make sense.

Yes, this information is printed on the back of device.
I will try to send a print.

May as well stop.

I see why there is nothing on that model. 2011, never made a big impact and so on.

It's an orphan. I have to not invest any more time here. It's gone and dead.

Do try the forums I mentioned.

I looked at the links you sent, but they did not help much either. Perhaps because it is a Brazilian national product. But thank you for your availability.

No some model
by JosiasBueno / December 21, 2017 5:39 PM PST
In reply to: Check these videos

It's not the same model. What I have here does not have physical volume buttons. The only physical buttons are Power, Home, and Reset (which I've tried to use anyway, without success).
The others (volume, search, return) are touch.

I do not have the manual

Unfortunately I do not have the manual. This device was left by a friend to try to recover. Worse than it seems the manufacturer does not even have a website.

As suspected. A RE-LABEL.
by R. Proffitt Forum moderator / December 21, 2017 5:17 PM PST

I wish companies would not pass it off as if it was theirs alone.

We all know there are ODMs that will slap labels on anything today.

I'll try one last time using the midi japan model.

No better. Must be a very rare model.

No results on Google
by JosiasBueno / December 21, 2017 5:29 PM PST

I searched with these keywords to try to find at least the site or something related to the manufacturer, but I do not encounter or complain on consumer protection websites.
I'm already choosing the enemy that will win this beautiful Christmas present.

I'll try again those search links without the BX.
