microtek slimscan c6 scanner not getting power

scanner power cord not fitting tightly into back of scanner. If held it powers up. How do I replace transformer, or have to replace.

Any good technician will fix this for you. No technician? You'll end up replacing it.

Most likely, you take it apart and touch up the solder work around the failing connection.
