Microsoft XP / 2000 installation

Jul 1, 2004 11:19PM PDT

I am currently using Office 2000. I want to install Office XP without losing all my e-mails. How do I prevent the loss?

Please also remember that the only data you risk losing is the data you don't back up.

WinXP Office will automaticalyy import "old" e-mails from prior Outlook mail programs. Office XP outlook will prompt you before performing this action, "Import Messages from.....?" Just click "YES".

************* Always EXPORT mail messages to a "safe" location, for easy retreval prior to installation, (cdrom, 3 1/2 disk, or another pc,(Network)) JUST IN CASE THE UNFORSEE HAPPENS....Murphy's Law!Right!!?!?!?!? Happy **************
