Microsoft works.

Feb 19, 2004 6:42AM PST

I am running microsoft works 2000 on a win98 se system.

I seem to have lost some of the Works functions and wish to reinstall them. I have the Works CD. Now, do I need to uninstall Works from my computer or can I download on top of it from the CD without causing any problems.

Thanks for any help.

Considering Microsoft's many... "inconveniences," you might as well uninstall it first. It won't do any harm, and it'll prevent any weird things from happening when you install it again. You most likely lost some Works functionality when you either installed or uninstalled other programs (possibly from Microsoft?) that overrode the Works files.
Well, hope this helped!
