Microsoft Word Margins

by donaldgravenor / May 20, 2006 9:25 PM PDT

I have a strange problem with margins of all new documents which I create. I work in "Print Layout View" and the top and bottoms margins are 0 even though in the page setup menu it is set to 1". In other words the document starts on the top of the shhet without leaving a margin. another thing that happened is that the separator between pages is a black line. How can I fix that problem?

I had the same problem and found the answer elsewhere online:

1. On the View menu, click Print Layout.

2. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the View tab.

3. Under Print and Web Layout options, select the White space between pages (Print view only) check box.

I hope it works out for you!

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
