Error code?
When does it happen?
What do you do for the error to pop up?
Do you run any background programs when it happens?

Details please.

I am running HP Pavillon a6000n vista. Had been using MSworks on a daily basic with no problem. Yesterday I clicked on the desktop icon this is the message I received, "msworks cannot access one or more files it needs to run. The files may have been renamed, deleted, or moved. Try reinstalling Microsoft Works, and then starting again". I do not have a disk as msworks came with computer. However, If I open documents I can see my files and am able to open and work on them.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
