Microsoft Word 2003 question

Hello to all,

I am having an issue with MS Word 2003. When I open the program, a new document opens, but there is a phone number already on the top line of the blank document.
The phone number is (800) 282-0300 and when i Google that number it comes up as some type of American Mobile Healthcare. I tried removing MS Office from my computer and re-installing, but it still has the same phone number when I open a blank MS Word 2003 document.
Any Ideas on how to fix this?

Research NORMAL.DOT and what it does.

In short, well discussed so rename the NORMAL.DOT file (see google if you forget where it is.)
