Microsoft wireless keyboard with PS/2 issue

Jun 9, 2005 5:39AM PDT

I recently purchased Microsoft Optical Wireless Desktop Comfort Edition from Costco. Everything is working fine when I am using with USB connectors, but I cannot seem to use it with PS/2 connection - Computer does not load windows (hangs) if I connect the keyboard and mouse to PS/2 port. I never had this issue with Logitech keyboard. Is there any solution for this? Thanks.

What version of Windows are you using?
Was the Logitech keyboard wireless? John
