Question

Microsoft Surface Book 2

Apr 23, 2018 7:53PM PDT

Microsoft Surface Book 2, when closed it remains closed when kept flat. But the moment it is tilted then it opens to say 30 degrees. When closed I mean the tablet and the keyboard closed together.
This is a problem since to carry in the laptop bag with a surface book open always.
I guess the magnetic strength is not strong enough to clasp it together. Any suggestions - how to fix it?

If still in the warranty period, have it fixed.
If still in the "can be returned" period, return it if they say they can't fix it.
