microsoft* I am woundering if it was one of the services i disabled but im not sure which ones it needs. I looked through and didnt see one that It seemed to need so It could be another problem.

Windows Error Reporting Service, Problem Reports and Solutions Control Panel Support, and Windows Event Log are set to automatic and running. Aside from that you may have disabled a required networking component, or blocked it with your firewall, if it's being displayed but failing to send the data.
