When I select an app to download, the program says "Installing"and then it says "Pending" and nothing happens. How do I get the program to download?

One among these things often helped me when some of the apps refused to get installed:

-> Check if the PC meets the system requirements. You may find one app being installed in your friends system but the same app refuses to get installed. Reason might be that you are working on a different processor.
-> Other reason can be that you have logged in to the Store using Guest account or a Temporary account.
-> If your system has been updated, make sure you restart the system, as that worked out in my case for installation of apps from Windows Store.
->Possibly the last try you can give is to clear out Windows Store cache by utilizing "wsreset.exe" in Run command (Press Windows button+r).

Guess these one of these will help you out!!!
