Availability Issue With Windows 10 v1703 Flash Player Update
Jul 11, 2017 4:15PM PDT

For those running Win10 V1703 (the Creators Update), it appears Microsoft has held back the Flash Player update 2017-07 Security Update for Adobe Flash Player(KB4025376). So far here, on our v1703 machines, it has failed to provide the update from Windows Updates, (it's simply not showing as an update) and it doesn't show up in the Microsoft Update Catalog either, as indicated in the link below:

https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=Kb4025376

The update shows up in the KB4025376 Article as being necessary for v1703 but so far, it's not available. As you see in the Update Catalog link above, it's available for download on the other versions of Windows 10, just not v1703.

Just guessing the update is having issues on Windows 10 v1703 or maybe MS is slow on the uptake here. And also guessing it will be released sometime soon, but who knows?

Hope this helps.
