If you have a ZoneAlarm product installed it is a known issue. You need to lower ZoneAlarm's security settings or disable it entirely and then download the latest updates from the ZoneAlarm website. Once the updates are installed reboot the computer and re-enable your previous ZoneAlarm settings...everything should return to normal.
After I downloaded this update I can start my browser Firefox 3 but cannot connect to the Internet as it tells me that the time is out. Every time is like that. My O.S. is WIN XP prof.When I deleted it I can get on to the internet again. Does any member have this experience before? I wonder what is causing this!
