Microsoft Security Bulletins to be issued: March 12, 2013

Microsoft is planning to release 7 security bulletins on March 12, 2013. Four (4) are identified as Critical and three (3) as Important.

The Critical bulletins address vulnerabilities in Microsoft Silverlight, Internet Explorer, Office, and Microsoft Server Software. The three Important-rated bulletins will address issues in Microsoft Windows and Office.

Microsoft will also release an updated version of the Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool on Windows Update, Microsoft Update, Windows Server Update Services, and the Download Center.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
