Microsoft Security Bulletins to be issued: January 08, 2013

Microsoft is planning to release 7 security bulletins on January 08, 2013. Two (2) are identified as Critical and five (5) as Important.

The January release includes 12 vulnerabilities. The critically rated bulletins address issues in Microsoft Windows, Office, Developer Tools and Microsoft Server Software. The five Important bulletins address issues in Microsoft Windows, .NET Framework and Microsoft Server Software.

Microsoft will also release an updated version of the Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool on Windows Update, Microsoft Update, Windows Server Update Services, and the Download Center.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
