Microsoft Outlook Transfer

I need some advice. I recently purchased a new PC with Vist Home Premium. My old PC is running Windows XP Pro. I have Office 2003 and I need to transfer all my Outlook contacts, calendar and saved emails to the new PC before I re-format. Can anyone provide detailed assistance for this daunting task?
