Microsoft Outlook Mouse Problem

When scrolling in an Outlook view, one click on the scroll should only move the screen by 1 line. Currently when scrolling, it does 4-5 lines per click. Is there any way to modify/change the settings in outlook to let it work.

Sorry this is untrue. That's the stock setting and you may have to dive into various control panels to change the mouse behavior. It may even be necessary to edit the registry, get a new mouse driver or use third party tweak tools. But the stock setting was not found to be "1 line..."
