Microsoft Outlook

When I open Microsoft Outlook the follwoing eror message appear: "The Add-in c:\Program Files\Panda Software\Panda Antivirus could not be installed or loaded". I click Ok to pass the error and Microsoft Outlook opens. I used to have Panda in my computer and I uninstalled it few weeks ago.I woud like to get some help in removing this error.

Check the Panda web site, but for now you can try...

Start, Run and enter...

Outlook /SAFE

After that, look under Tools for an Addin manager.

Bob, thank you very much for your quick response.I tried
outlook /safe but it didn't changed anything and I can't find "Add in Manager" in Tools.I'll go to check Panda site but in the meantime if you have any other sugestions please do so.

1 Choose Tools | Options, then switch to the Other tab, and click Advanced Options.
2 On the Advanced Options tab, click Add-In Manager.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
