Microsoft office tools

Hi every one.
I really get disturbed from the microsoft office tools, when i click one start->Microsoft Office->Microsoft Office Tools.
then my computer freez. i cannot do enything else. but for the microsoft world,excel,and orthers works normaly when i open it from the short cut in my desktop.
Does anyone can help me? i'm using Microsoft office 2003
