Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 question

Hello i currently have a brand new computer and i was going to buy Windows home premium that i noticed a disk that reads Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007. Will this install windows 7 on to my system?

That disk will install Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007. But only after you installed Windows 7 from its own disk.

Where do they sell brand new computers without operating system?
