Usually Office gets installed using a CD, and we can then uninstall unwanted components through the Windows > Control Panel > Programs & features, (or Add/Remove programs in XP). Clicking the Office entry would prompt for the CD to be inserted, then we can remove those components we don't want.
How this works with the downloaded version I don't know. When you downloaded this package, what were the instructions for installation? Were you told to burn this file to a CD as an ISO? If so, then it is likely you can just goto Programs & features and use that to uninstall to components you don't want.
If not, then I am unsure how you can uninstall these unwanted components and it may just be better to leave it as it is.

I have paid for and downloaded Office Home and Student. MS was thoughtful enough to install the remaining members of the Office suite as "trial" versions. Unfortunately Outlook 2010 does not work with gmail so is of no value to me.
My question is how can I delete the trial portions while retaining the paid for portions of the suite?
