Microsoft Office 2007 Outlook error message

Each time I exit the new outlook program it gives me an error message.
Microsoft will not or has not returned any of my email on the problem.

Here is what is says.

Trend Micro Anti-Spam for Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00000000

1. Uninstall Trend, reinstall their latest and see if that helps.
2. Switch to something else.

Norton is garbage and causes more problems that it solves. it does not work well as an antivirus and the firewall is very poor, try a free antivirus program like avast or avg, both are much better than Norton. And they dont require a special tool just to uninstall them from your comptuer like norton does.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
