Microsoft Office

Hi: I have a shared computer so I wonder about a specific feature of the Microsoft Office 2003 email program.Under search folders one can look up emails sent to specific addresses. Is there a way to disable that feature without hindering the rest of the program??
Thanks....Mill

No. Here's why.

You would also have to disable the (to) column in the normal view since I can sort by that column as well.

Frankly it sounds as if your needs are not being met by Outlook. Maybe you can have a custom email program written?

under Windows XP, you can (and maybe even: should) give every user his own logon. Then everybody has his own private files, which include his own Outlook folders. If nobody can snoop on your sent items, there's no need to hide them, I should say.
