I don't think it's a Windows issue. But if it is, updating could only break it, not repair it.
Uninstalling and reinstalling (or repairing, which is practically the same) won't harm at all. But if it's a setting on the client that might not help. Then delete the Windows account in Control Panel>Users and create it again. If still no luck, do a clean install of Windows and Outlook, if you find the issue important enough for such a step.
Archiving email for multiple users, on one of my clients there is no option to automatically or manually archive mail. Outllok 2010. There is no policy that is governing archiving of mail. Mail server is hosted off site by 3rd party. coud it be a case of bad updates as some articles suggest? i have tried updating windows and it seems up to date. Im thinking of re-installing outlook.
