I would in a heartbeat. Microsoft for years has told us to uninstall, reinstall (even the entire OS) for issues.
If that doesn't work, pack it up and return as defective.
I have a Microsoft VX-3000 videocam which has worked fine until yesterday, when I tried to test it by clicking on the menu icon. As soon as I saw the menu and tried to click it, it disappeared. Rebooting the PC and the LifeCam did nothing to solve the problem. What to do? Uninstall the software?
I have Windows XP, a Toshiba Notebook Satellite PC.(A105-S1013)
