Question

Microsoft Keyboard Favorite Keys Windows 7

Our computer was upgraded to Windows 7 (long story) and the keyboard's favorite keys no longer work. It's a Microsoft Wireless Comfort Keyboard 4000 (Model 1045). Any suggestions how to make them work again? There used to be a Microsoft Keyboard file that's no longer there. Everything else works on the keyboard. Thanks!

Re: keyboard

- Upgraded from what?
- What's a "Microsoft Keyboard file", where was it and why wasn't it installed (again) during or after the upgrade?
