Dear Microsoft
I have supported Microsoft since Bill still worked in his Garage, but enough is enough, nothing Microsoft works and it gets worse not better
My Problems are with:
Office 2010 Professional Plus
Outlook 2010
Expression web 1, 2, 3 & 4
Internet Explorer
Hotmail
My operating system Windows 7, upgraded as Windows vista was total rubbish,
and the stable Windows XP is to be discontinued.
Office 2010, uninstalled beta 2010, uninstalled office 2007, re-installed net4, still Office 2010 program shows error 1935, and will not fully install. I have no help, only Office trying to configure, then error
Microsoft Mouse, could Double left click to open something, now stopped working have to right click, and then click on open, very annoying
Microsoft Mouse, bought new wireless Microsoft keyboard and mouse, says it too far away and check batteries, they were your new batteries, and the receiver was max 6 inches away. Used it one day, now back in its box.
Word, Can no longer open two documents at once, have to close one first, very annoying
Communicator added Hotmail to Outlook, now it no longer works. Sit there saying reconnecting all day
Outlook, more unresponsive than responsive, hangs up constantly, and dreadfully slow.
Business Contacts Manager will not install at all, say wrong version, but came with the three disks when I bought Office 2010 professional Plus.
Expression Web, all versions, does not work properly, very instruction poor.
Login shown on expression web design, vanishes when uploaded
Internet Explorer hangs up time and time again. and dreadfully slow.
Hotmail, says signed in, the wants password, every time, say ten times a day, this is new today
Product ID, your websites is wrong, there is no Office logo to click on, but if you open say Word, the click on help, it says product activated, and Product Number, Please get something right.
Microsoft offers no help; it is up to supplier to solve the problems they say, Problems that should not have been there to start with. The alternative, Microsoft want the change a fee to fix their faulty, untested software. This is not good business.
I can change to the following;
OpenOffice, (free) can replace Office 2010
Mozilla or Thunderbird can replace Outlook 2010
Dreamweaver can replace Expression Web
Internet Explorer, Google, Yahoo either can be replacement
Hotmail, again Google and Yahoo offer an email service
Microsoft, you have over price, flawed with faulty software and you refuse to resolve the problems unless we pay.
There is the ?Sale of Goods act?, where you have not supplied the product advertised. There are ?Trading Standards? and ?Distance Selling?, or is you feel above the law and can sell, flawed with faulty products and not have to answer to anyone.
I can assure you I am not alone, there are many others dissatisfied with Microsoft
