Microsoft Enterprise 2007 Error 1606

Hello, Ive Recently Purchased Microsoft Enterprise 2007 for my WINDOWS Vista HOME PREMIUM 32-Bit Computer It Has All The Required Specs Accept When I Was Tring to Free Up Disk Space I Deleted the "Public Sector" It Hasnt Bothered e Until Now ..

When im Half Way Throught The Installation it comes up with:

"Error 1606.Could Not Access Network Location %PUBLIC%\Desktop"

HELP!

modern Vista machines came with more disc space than anyone would need. But now somebody deletes something that's really needed for a mere 100 MB or so of disk space.

A repair install of Vista will certainly restore it.
