Microsoft ends spam?

by xAgent / January 24, 2006 4:52 PM PST

Well, ok .. fine.
But to be truthful, I could care less about an end users issue with spam, alot of it comes from the fact that people don't read and click on the button that says I DON'T WANT YOUR EMAIL. The real issue I have is that it is my servers that are getting hammered by it, taking up disk space and choking it to death.

So yah microsoft, the end user doesn't see the spam anymore, or very little of it, but it is sitting in my servers disk drives taking up needed space and pinning the memory and I am taking phone calls from people asking why the interweb is so slow. Well as soon as I am finished blowing compressed air through the lines it should be better Wink

The technolgy is slowly getting better so I don't have to log into the server, look into the Que and delete the crap and release what could be legitimate mail. Software companies have taken up the charge but even that has issues. Jut try and get yourself off a black-hole list and you will see what I mean.

So ok microsoft you solved the issue of the end user not getting spam, I will kindda accept that, now start working on the issue of it clogging the servers, considering the fact that it is the corporations that pay you big BIG bucks in licenses.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
