Pretty sure I'm posting this in the right place now had it in the wrong section before. I work for a retail company which uses Microsoft dynamics rms on touch screen pc for our cash registers. The pc's are running windows xp professional.
My problem is that the pos screen on one of the systems only fills two thirds of the screen it's camped out in the upper left hand corner leaving a blank right side and my start bar visible. It also seems to have shrunk down so the only way to access certain functions is to right click which seems to bring an additional window to the forefront. Then I have to click back on the sales screen to ring anything out.
The precursor to this was that one of my coworkers adjusted the screen resolution on the system and massively zoomed everything in. The program
Also seems to have decided that it's going to freeze every few transactions though this may be an unrelated issue as pur other register has been doing the same. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
