Microsoft Cardfile Help!

Feb 4, 2005 7:51AM PST

Hi all!

I have been using Microsoft Cardfile for a long time. I recently got a new Dell computer with Windows XP Pro, and transfered the Cardfile exe. and all of the cards from my old Win 98 machine. At first, the Cardfile worked perfectly, but a couple of days ago it would not launch, instead I get an error message (16 bit Windows subsystem - system file not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications)

Anyone got any ideads why this is happening all of a sudden and how I can get the program to work again?

Good you found it. It looks like Cardfile will never die at this rate. It's well past a decade old now from Windows 2 or 3.
