1. There used to be an e-book on MS Office CD's (something like 'building applications with MS-Access'. I don't know if it is on the version you have.
2. The cnet learn MS-Access CD. Never tried one and they aren't particularly cheap.
3. Personally I prefer a good old book to learn a new programming environment. There are excellent ones available. Go to the library or the bookshop and see if there's one that you particularly like.
4. I don't know of any free online tutorial myself. But http://www.google.com/search?q=access+tutorial does!
