By default that is what the mouse scroll is supposed to do. Find this article but be forewarned that it's advanced.

But I wonder if you would be better off with some small visual basic data collection frontend rather than using Access?
Bob
I created a form in Microsoft Access, however when a user is typing in a text box, and wants to scroll down the page to the next field, once he scrolls using his mouse wheel, a new form is created. Is there any way to LOCK the mouse wheel so that once hit, ether nothing happens or the user actually scrolls to the bottom of the page?
