Microsoft 2003 Word search and replace question

hi,
I was to search through my document and every time I see the word "from" I want to put a carriage return before it. Is there any quick way I can do this using find and replace?

replace with ^pfrom

In the "Find what" field: from
In the "Replace with" fileld: ^pfrom

The ^p, tells Word to put in a Paragraph Mark.

In the Word Help you will find this and other ways of selecting these codes, by searching for "Use codes to find and replace"
