Microhard drive MP3 players. Which is the best one?

Sep 26, 2005 1:02PM PDT

I'm looking for a 5GB player possibly

- Olmpus M:Robe (not my top choice)

( is the touch screen bad?)

- Creative Zen Micro( top choice)

( is the touch screen bad, is the head phone jack mesed up and is the volume control bad?)

or should I wait till something new comes out. And I don't want any Ipods there too overrated and I hate them because they have any special features ex: FM Tuner!

Thank you

that you're a smart guy. ipods ARE evil Happy

Creative Micro is the best you can get. newer models have re-enforced headphone jacks, so they won't experience any of the problems. if you want to make sure you get a new one, order directly from the website. the touch interface is good, although the touch pad is a little sensitive for many people's liking, but nothing severe and that you won't get used to.

If you want to look elsewhere, I'd say the iRiver H10. it's sort of like a dumbed down version the the micro, with a color screen. navigation is not difficult, like the cNet review says. it a back button and a select button, the touch strip, and volume. easy. i used it at best buy.

hope this helps
