Mic stuttering on headphones

My mic has been stuttering for quite some time, and I don't know how to fix the problem.

Sorry, I should've put in more details. I'm using W10 and the drivers the laptop came with which is the Conexant one. I've updated and rolled back this driver. No luck. I've also tried various headsets, also no luck.

What's with all the AV products you have installed?
Bin that stuff.
Use win def and the native firewall.

Run a pass of chkdsk with the F and R option......use google.

When you get done post another speccy.

1. Read Bob__B's reply. Clean that up.

2. The RAM is reporting in as unknown. This can mean the BIOS is out of date or the RAM is in the wrong slots. I always try to fix that as a clean machine is a happy machine. Since this appears to be a laptop check at the HP site if there is a BIOS update.

3. OBS. This may be too much to ask for this PC. Remove for now.

4. Way too many IP connections in the report. Start with this disable:
